2 Corinthians 9:7
It is the goal of Cross Roads Baptist Church to support all of our missionaries through Faith-Promise Giving. Faith Promise is based upon the Scriptural principles of giving. It is above and beyond our tithes and offerings. It is a certain amount you believe God would have you to give by faith. We currently support 111 Missionaries around the World through 80% of Faith-Promise Giving.
Here are just a few characteristics of Faith Promise Giving:
1. It is between you and God- 2 Corinthians 8:12
2. It involves waiting upon the Lord to tell you how much He would have you to give to world missions- Philippians 2:13
3. It involves you trusting God to supply the need- 2 Corinthians 9:7-8
4. It allows you to become a partner with the missionary in faith- Romans 1:17
5. It causes you to grow in grace as rely upon the Lord to meet the need- Philippians 4:19
